PracticeQ Intensive Training 

Welcome to the PracticeQ Intensive Training for Mental Health Practices!

Overview

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn how to create and improve forms

  • Set up your system most efficiently for insurance billing and invoices

  • Identify key policies and procedures needed

  • Discuss strategies for reducing account receivables

  • Set up reminders for patients

  • Discuss appointment types and locations 

  • Learn about how to set up and automatic patient progress metrics

  • Maximize your booking potential through online bookings

Benefits:

  • Save time by learning the system and doing the majority of the set up yourself.

  • Learn the basics and customize your system on your own time.

  • Participants will have access to additional consulting at a discounted rate of $175 per hour ( normal price $200 per hour) if they need help with specialized set up or prefer to have someone else complete set up. 

Limitations

  • This course will provide an overview of the basics and some participants may want to continue with individualized coaching and training to truly maximize their training or set up specialized features.

  • Participants will be taught the basics of set up but will ultimately need to spend time on their own outside the training  improving and finalizing your forms and systems or purchase additional consulting hours for extra support.

What you Receive:

  • 25 hours of group training

  • Discount on all future individual coaching sessions ($175 per hour). 

  • Ability to bring anyone from your practice to the training for an extra $50 per person.

  • Use your own forms, start from scratch or purchase sample forms and policies that you can customize on your own for an additional $250.

  • Training will be capped at 10 practices total so that there is enough time to answer questions and ensure everyone gets their questions about basic set up answers.
